CPAP Supplies Now accepts returns of unopened products within 14 days of receiving the product. We offer full cash refunds on unopened, returned items or you can choose to apply credit towards another order. Refunds or credit will not be applied until receipt and inspection of merchandise.
If you would like to make a return, email support@CPAPSuppliesNow.com, referencing your Order Number, and describe the reason for the return. If the return is due to a product defect, please take a picture of the defect and attach it to the email. Once we have been emailed, we will respond to you with a RMA number which we will have you write on the package. When we have received the package back we will refund your money within 2 business days. All returns must be unopened to receive a refund, unless the return is due to a product defect.
If there are manufacturing issues with your products that can’t be resolved after calling us, we will accept your return for a cash refund.
