How Can I Return an Order?

How Frequently Do I Need to Change My CPAP Supplies?

Do I Need a Prescription to Buy CPAP Supplies?

You do need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine, mask or humidifier. You do not need a prescription to purchase accessories such as headgear, pillows and cushions and chinstraps. You also do not need a prescription to purchase a mask assembly kit. To complete the order of a mask or machine you will need to fax or email a copy of the doctors prescription. You will be instructed do so as part of the ordering process.

Can I Use My Insurance to Pay for My CPAP Supplies?

Can I Use My Any Mask With Any Different Machine?

Yes, all of the masks are interchangeable with the Machines. The only exception is the Transcend Travel CPAP Machine. The headgear and mask replacement parts are not interchangeable across different masks. Also, different size masks often need to have the correct size replacement parts. Please make sure of the mask you have and that the replacement part is correct as this is a common reason for returns.

How Do I Care for My CPAP Supplies?

The piece which needs the most frequent cleaning is the mask. Disassemble all the components, wash in soapy water and let dry. Manufacturers recommend daily cleaning akin to brushing your teeth. The machine needs no internal cleaning but only superficial cleaning if the exterior becomes dusty. Clean the humidifier in a 3 parts water one part vinegar solution. Tubing needs to be cleaned if it becomes wet, otherwise it should remain relatively clean. We sell some CPAP cleaning supplies if you would like to see additional options.
