Shipping

We will process the order and ship out the product within one day of ordering the product. It may take 3-5 days for the package to reach you depending on where you are located in the country. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on which is the most reasonable for what you happen to order. You will receive a tracking confirmation by email once your order has shipped. Sometimes a particular product may be out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you of the expected delivery date and give you the option of cancelling the order.

Returns

If you would like to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, email sales@CPAPSuppliesNow.com and describe the reason for the return. If the return reason is due to a product defect please take a picture of the defect and attach it to the email. We will respond to you with an identification number which we will have you write on the package. When we have received the package back we will refund your money within 2 business days. All returns must be unopened to receive a refund, unless the return is due to a product defect.
